  • What do I need to wear/bring?
Participants are recommended to dress appropriately for the weather (i.e., a jacket if it is raining), and bring the following: Long Sleeves Long Trousers A pair of gloves A winter sports helmet (where possible). Skiers/boarders who are at Level 3+ need to provide their own suitable helmet.
  • What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your lesson to allow adequate time to get yourself sorted with equipment.
  • What happens if I miss a lesson in the block?
Don't worry if you miss one of your group lessons; we are one of few facilities to offer an alternative catch-up lesson. Catch up lessons are 30 minutes and will ensure you don't fall behind your class. (Catch-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Only 1 catch up lesson is available per person per block.)
  • Do I need to wear a helmet?
Participants under the age of 16 are required to wear a helmet when taking part in any activity on the slope. Skiers/boarders who are Level 3+ must provide their own winter sport specific helmet. Level 1 + 2 Skiers/boarders can borrow a helmet but are recommended to purchase their own as soon as possible. Although our helmets are checked and cleaned after each use, by having your own helmet you are aware of the cleanliness and safety of your helmet. Adults are not required to wear a helmet but it is recommended. Any participant(s) taking part in Race Training, Freestyle or tubing are required to wear a helmet at all times regardless of age.
