OPEN PRACTICE & HIRE COSTS

Cost includes slope use and equipment hire.

Cost includes slope use and equipment hire.

Slope use is free of charge to members who have their own equipment. Non - Members must book sessions in advanced.

All slopes are subject to availability and practice sessions are not guaranteed.

When booking online a small booking fee is applied. Bookings can be made via the office which will void the booking fee.

Please note that the slope will be closed for practice on the following days:

  • Mondays from 6pm

  • Tuesdays from 6pm

  • Wednesdays from 6pm (Adult only open practice)

  • Saturdays & Sundays from 5.00pm (August - December)

  • Fridays & Saturdays from 5.30pm (January - April)

  • When there are large events in the surrounding area. Access is reserved for those with a lesson booking only. This includes football matches, sports events and concerts.

MINIMUM STANDARD FOR SLOPE USE

Control Speed

You must be able to control your speed and stop.

Change Direction

You must be able to link turns and change direction.

Uplift

You must be able to use the uplift unaided.

  • Teaching by members of the public and club members is not permitted, regardless of experience and qualifications. Only instructors employed by the club may teach on the premises.

  • IT IS NOW CLUB POLICY THAT HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL UNDER 16'S; junior and adult race training, junior and adult freestyle, tubing and all activities on the freestyle slope.

  • Please note that participants must be ages 6yrs+ to book into an open practice session.

Non-Members must book online.

If you have not skied on a dry slope before or haven't been on a dry slope in over a year we recommend that you book a 30 minute refresher lesson.
