Club Updates

The Club lesson and race programme is well underway, and we are now thinking ahead to a very busy few months. Here is some info to keep you in the loop and some dates for the diary.

AGM 2022 Notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting in which members of the Glasgow Ski and Snowboard Centre are invited to attend. The meeting will take place on Sunday 30th October 2022 at 18.00 in the Clubhouse. We will also be offering an opportunity to join the meeting via a zoom call. To attend the meeting, you must be 16 years and above and be a fully paid-up member of the Club on the day of the meeting. If you would like to attend the meeting via zoom, please register your interest by emailing julie@ski-glasgow.co.uk.

SKI SALE We are excited to announce that our Ski Sale will be back again this year and will be running on the 18th & 19th of November. More details to follow.

OCTOBER SKI SCHOOL Spaces are available on all levels for our October Ski School. This is always a great week and a perfect time to improve technically while out in the fresh air meeting new friends. It is not unknown for a ski school week to be the key to stepping up a level due to the time spent on skis and the length of instructor input in a short space of time. https://www.ski-glasgow.co.uk/skiandboardschool

PRIVATE LESSONS The diary is filling up quickly for private lessons. We have current daytime lesson availability Monday - Sunday as well as Monday and Thursday evenings. Please leave plenty of time and book in advance to avoid disappointment. If you are planning on heading away on holiday or are simply polishing up your technique now is the time to book. As always private lessons are booked with the Club and not an individual instructor however where possible we will offer continuity. Please also remember that to change or reschedule a lesson 48 hours' notice is required. For those last-minute unforeseen circumstances that can occasionally crop up you can allow someone else to use the lesson however to fully cancel / reschedule that 48 hours' notice is compulsory. We appreciate your understanding on this.
