Dear Member, After the Scottish Government announcement on the 18.06.20 we are happy to announce we will be reopening from Monday 29th June at 10 am. The Club will be open to members only to access the slopes for practice sessions. Opening will be restricted until such times as legislation allows us to use the toilet facilities, currently we cannot allow access to the inside of the facility. Our opening will look something like the following - Slope Practice Only Week beginning Monday 29th June & 6th July- Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday 10am - 6pm Throughout both of these weeks we will be offering 90 minute practice sessions, which need to be booked, please do not rock up to the Club as normal. Members are required to book a time slot, and if you have your own equipment, access the slope from the car park. We will safety check everyone into the facility from outside. Bookings can be taken on-line, using the website, or if this fails (as it is new), directly with the Office. To book online, please click here. Customers who require to hire equipment, this information will be taken at the time of booking, and will be collected from an outside rack, with names attached. All equipment will be disinfected after every use. Between every practice session, staff will disinfect, barrier pads, poma tows and any hard surfaces potentially touched by customers. There will be a two hour turnaround for bookings, 90 minute session on the slope and 30 minute clean before the next customers arrive. Race Camp - Week beginning Monday 13th July Ski & Snowboard School Week 4, 5, 6, & 7 20, 27 July & 3, 10 August Thereafter we are planning Race Camp to be our first camp on the 13th July, followed by our first Ski & Snowboard School from Monday 20th July. As previously suggested this will be a reduced programme, with less classes on the slope, along with reduced numbers in each class. Members will receive priority booking. Pre-Lockdown Bookings Banked Group Lessons, Freestyle, Race Development & Race Training Banked Birthday Parties & Private Lessons Dates for the diary - Grouped Lessons will restart 18/19/20/21/22/23 July (possible changed times, TBC) Freestyle will restart Monday 20 July Race Development will restart Tuesday 21 July Birthday Parties are being contacted in date order Private Lessons will restart 3 August with limited slots until the kids return to school GSR Race Trainees will be contacted with a restart plan for training asap. Regarding group lessons, the office will contact all classes to confirm new arrangements, there is no need to do anything as yet, we are just giving you a heads up on plans going forward. We thank you for your patience and support of the Club, members are what a Club is all about, please come and use the slopes over the summer, and watch this space for member activities coming up!!
